payment and shipping

1. All tax and shipping cost are calculated during the payment method.

2. If you are purchasing Internationally you are responsible for any custom fees.

3. All orders are processed automatically via our website, but you can contact us for personal assistance.

4. Once the order has been filled you will receive a confirmation email which will provide a tracking number and other information regarding your order. Each order comes with an order form.

5. It is your responsibility to provide a safe shipping address for delivery.

what if i receive a faulty item?

Our team double check your packages before they get shipped out. Incase there's a factory defect or a wrong style has been shipped to you, we'll definitely replace them if you contact us at info@flutua.pt within 5 days after the date of receipt.

Kindly return the item unwashed, unworn, with hygienic liner and original tags.
