Frequently asked questions
– Open the page of the article you want to buy.
– Select your size (if you can not select the shopping cart option it’s because the size is already sold out). You can check the SIZE GUIDE (javascript:void(0))on each product page, just scroll down.
– Click on “Add to cart”. That way the model will be added to your cart.
– You can continue browsing for more models. Once you’ve added all the items you want to buy, check out your shopping cart (upper right corner of your screen).
– Now just fill the requested fields and proceed with the payment. We suggest that you consult the section SHIPPING & RETURNS for more information about the subject.
– After the successful payment with Credit Card or Paypal (online mode), you will receive a confirmation message (confirm SPAM), on the email account you registered in our website. If you choose the payment option ATM Reference or MB Way (offline mode), you will receive an email with further instructions (the reference to complete the payment or the information to complete MB Way payment) until 3 business days (counting starts on the date you made your order). When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a new message with the Tracking Code to the email you registered on our website.

To use the click&collect service (free), you can shop online indicating the promocional code "collect-atelier" at check out.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, Flutua® sends a message with the Tracking Code to the email address which you registered the purchase. You can always follow the order through this link: here(https://www.ctt.pt/particulares/?lang=def)
