Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping for domestic orders (Portugal) > 75€

Portuguese orders:

 

Orders to Portuguese addresses are shipped via ctt within 1 day upon confirmed payment. Expected delivery of your order will vary between 2 – 5 working days after leaving our warehouse.  Our express shipping option within Portugal will take from 2 hours to 1-2 business days after our shipping confirmation, depending on wich delivery option you choose. After we have completed your order, a tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods at ctt or batch

 

Orders to Europe:

 

If your shipping address is in any European country, the expected delivery of your order will vary between 5 – 12 working days (depending on your location and how your local postal service operates) after leaving our warehouse. 

Your package will be handled by our national mail carrier. All our packages are tracked and you’ll receive an international tracking code together with your shipping confirmation email. We are hoping you to get your package as quickly as possible and will always do our best, but unfortunately cannot guarantee exact delivery times for the standard shipping option as delays may be out of our control.

 

 

Other international orders:

 

The expected delivery of your order will vary between 10 – 15 working days (depending on your location and how your local postal service operates) after leaving our warehouse. 

Your package will be handled by our national mail carrier. All our packages are tracked and you’ll receive an international tracking code together with your shipping confirmation email. We are hoping you to get your package as quickly as possible and will always do our best, but unfortunately cannot guarantee exact delivery times as delays may be out of our control.

 

Please note that orders to non-EU countries might be liable for additional import taxes and other fees determined by your country if your shipping address is outside of the European Union. We are not responsible of these duties, taxes and fees and can’t avoid them. If you wish to find more information, we recommend to ask your local import/duty tax authority. Orders within the European Union are not liable for additional charges.

 

 

All tax and shipping costs are calculated during the payment method.

 

Usual shipping costs:

Portugal – FREE >75€

Portugal – 4€ <75€

Spain - 6€

Europe (except Iberian Peninsula) – 12€

Rest of the World – 20€

 

 

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods at ctt

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges:

 

We have a full 14-day return and exchange policy counted from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please read this page and contact us via email.

 

Please note: the products must be unworn, clean and undamaged. We will have to deny the return of your product in case the product is dirty, has been worn or has been otherwise damaged. We will send products that don’t fill our requirements back to you.

 

Return cost:

 

The customer is responsible for the full costs of the return, including shipping and packaging. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns so please make sure you verified the information before sending the items back to us. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the costs of your new delivery. 

 

In case of refund we advise the customer that we will proceed with the refund within 20 days after receiving the items at our warehouse, using the same payment method as the initial order.

Please note: When you return products, we kindly ask you to return the items in their original packaging. Items must be in original condition, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Original tags and hygienic protection must remain in place.
